A senior engineer will visit your office(s) to survey and document your tech and how it’s configured – and in the process learn more about your IT setup than you’d care to know.

Network Discovery

We search for anything connected to your network, then install a discovery PC and specialized software on your PCs, servers, and network equipment to create an inventory of your IT assets.

DEVELOP

Comprehensive IT Audit

Incredibly thorough, our audit looks for 150+ IT best practices to identify every area that needs attention. Leaving no stone unturned, we review everything from major security risks and your backup and disaster recovery to cloud products and applications and how effectively your team is using digital communication and collaboration tools.

Internal Planning and Analysis

With data in hand, our team reviews your goals and challenges in detail and develops a plan of attack to get your IT systems to where they need to be to meet your objectives.

Presentation

The final step is an in-depth presentation of our findings in which you’ll get more insight into your IT in two hours than most consultants provide in a year.

Technology Roadmap

The presentation features a detailed roadmap that includes your goals and a prioritized plan that explains our vision for how technology can help achieve them.
