Isaac, our Director of Operations, joined our team in 2015 as a technician but was promoted a number of times to get to where he is now! Before DC, he completed two deployments as an active-duty paratrooper with the US Army and went on to study Network Technology at ITT Technical Institute. He gained experience as a help desk technician at a local nonprofit and is no stranger to troubleshooting all manner of computer, server, network, and printer issues, though his career took a turn when he decided to help steer the ship from an operational perspective.
